KASA Zero Joint 2010

Mix Part A and B in the specified ratio thoroughly and homogeneously. The joints must be sealed with KASA First Step to avoid penetration of 2010 into the substrate. A full cure of 2010 is achieved after 24 hours; foot traffic may begin after 6–8 hours. Hardener portion more than 50% will reduce adhesion and deteriorate surface drying.

Specific Gravity: 1.80–1.92 g/cm³

Pot Life: 30 minutes

Curing Time (Touch Dry): 25°C–50°C: 2–3 Hours; 15°C–25°C: 5–7 Hours; 5°C–15°C: 8–24 Hours

Mixing Ratio: 100 pbw resin and 50 pbw hardener
