Cookies Policy

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you use a website. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. This Site uses cookies mainly to keep you signed in to the reward programme. We do not currently run a marketing or analytics cookie layer on this application.

This policy applies to https://www.kasachemicals.com and related UAT or development copies of the same Customer application. It should be read with the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

We set cookies only where they are needed for the Site to work as specified: to recognise a Customer or Dealer session after OTP login, to protect that session, and to apply basic routing. These are essential cookies. If you block them, login and redeem flows will not work.

We do not use cookies on this Site to serve third-party advertising or to measure marketing campaigns. We do not currently set Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar tags.

The Customer application sets the following first-party session cookies after a successful OTP login. They are HttpOnly (not readable by page scripts), SameSite=Lax, and Secure in production. Path is /. Maximum age is seven days; the backend remains authoritative for whether the session is still valid.

• kasa_customer_session — essential. Holds the Customer (Retailer) session token so you stay signed in to Customer reward pages, including coupon redeem after login. Expires after 7 days or when you sign out.
• kasa_dealer_session — essential. Holds the Dealer session token so you stay signed in to Dealer reward pages. Expires after 7 days or when you sign out.

The Site may also use short-lived cookies that the hosting or Next.js framework needs for security or routing. Those cookies are essential and are not used for advertising.

Contact includes a Google Maps embed of our Jaipur address. If you load that page, Google may set its own cookies or process your IP address under Google’s policies. That embed is not required to use Home, Products, or the reward programme. You can avoid it by not opening Contact, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.

Links to Facebook and Instagram from the footer open those services. They are not cookies we set on the Site.

OTP messages are sent by WhatsApp or SMS through our processor (Twilio). That happens on your phone, not as a website cookie. KYC and payout run through Cashfree in the Customer journey; that provider may set cookies on its own hosted steps, which are covered by Cashfree’s notices at the time.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential session cookies will sign you out and prevent Customer and Dealer login. Browser help pages for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge explain how to manage cookies on your device.

This Site does not currently offer a separate cookie-preference centre because we only set essential first-party session cookies. If we later add optional analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this policy and provide an appropriate choice.

Session cookies store a login token, not your PAN, Aadhaar, OTP, or coupon code. Combined with our servers, they identify your Customer or Dealer session. How that account data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.

We may update this policy if we add, remove, or change cookies. The effective date at the top will change.
